RENTAL INCOME

Basic Requirements

  • Bio-data with 2”X 2” picture (both husband and wife)
  • Valid ID’s with photo [any two (2) of the following for both husband and wife] — SSS/ GSIS (credit card type), PRC/ IBP, Senior Citizen, passport, Driver’s License w/ Official Receipt
  • Community Tax Certificate (both husband and wife)
  • Current Account Bank Statements (4 months latest)
  • Savings Account Passbooks showing account name, account number, balances (4 months latest)
  • Other Assets (certified True Copy of TCT and OR/CR of vehicles)
  • Marriage Contract

Additional Requirements for Income if from Rental

  • Current Lease Contract/s
  • If with Special Power of Attorney (SPA), must be duly authenticated by the Consul.  Use of SPA is allowed only if one of the parties is out of the country.  Use of SPA is not allowed if party is only in the province
